Metafoodx to Attend the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative 2026 Annual Meeting

Metafoodx will attend the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative (MCURC) Annual All-Member In-Person Meeting, taking place October 5-7, 2026, at the Michigan League on the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

MCURC is a collaborative network of more than 80 institutions working to align campus dining with healthy, sustainable culinary practices. Members use their dining halls as "living laboratories" to study behavior change, food waste reduction, and plant-forward menu strategies. The annual meeting brings together university dining executives, researchers, chefs, and administrators for research releases, presentations, and discussion.
