Metafoodx CEO Fengmin Gong to Speak at Taste of Asia 2026

Organized by the North America Asian Food & Restaurant Industry Association, Taste of Asia brings together restaurant operators, suppliers, and industry leaders for a day of business exchange, networking, and operational insight across the Asian restaurant industry.

Gong will participate in the panel “Smart Kitchens: Leveraging AI to Optimize Cost, Speed, and Profitability” where he will be speaking with CEO and Co-Founder of Palona.AI Maria Zhang about how industry leaders to use AI embedded directly into kitchen and restaurant workflows.
